the workout im currently doing
im really pumped about this new workout regimin im doing! all the moves involve sitting in a chair -- i mean, what could be easier!!??
im not exactly the most motivated person in the world when it comes to diet and exercise, but i really want to tone up a bit and maybe lose a few pounds in the process. this workout is the perfect introduction to this new change in my life. afterall, i can do it watching tv!
