Ive sampled most of these moves and wow...so simple, but seriously effective. the last move "bringing up the rear" can even be done without the resistance band and still works, I would probably just increase your reps 5 to 10 more on each side.
Im also trying hard to commit to some cardio work to shed some of that squishy stuff. However, 60+ minutes is not gonna fly on my schedule, how about you? What I'm going to do is some 20 minute intervals 2-3 times a week. What that is is simply switching up the intensity of your workout so you burn more fat/calories in less time. Just hop on a treadmill, bike, eliptical...alternate between medium paced work and high paced work. Medium being fast enough to get your heart pumping, and High being as fast as your able to go. (on a scale of 1 to 10...1 being walking at a leaisurly pace, and 10 being running from a lion trying to eat you....medium pace should be a 4-5, and high pace being 7-8.) Alternate between the two every thirty seconds for the first 5 minutes. Then for the next 10 minutes alternate every one minute. For the last 5 minutes of the workout go back down to every 30 seconds.
Its been proven that intervals can burn almost twice as much fat in that same 20 minutes then just doing one steady pace the whole time!
Im officially marking my calandar to commit to this regimin starting November 1st! Anyone else interested in starting with me? Or have any questions about the workout? Post a comment

ok, stepahine meyer. i loved the twilight series. i mean absolutly adored! but whats up with 'breaking dawn'?! what were you thinking? wheres the action,
wheres the conflict, where the hell is all the cool shit that made the first three books so good?! you could have atleast made the whole jacob thing a little
more dramatic {he is my favorite, btw ♥} not so "omg everything is ok now. i dont love you anymore. yay." ...WTF! and the ending? terrible.
nobody died, nobody got hurt, everything is hunkydory...and finally, you could have devoted a whole freakin book to bella being a vampire. half a book, seriously?
