say hello to my (un)official second layout for my website:
aquamarine!
I call it that cause the layout has a very vintage / femmesque' feel to it, with the main color being a lightish blue. Its pretty, huh? Its a fairly simple design, nothing complex. I prefer my layouts to be on the simpler side. That way, the reader can focus on the small but beautiful aspects of the website. Not a bunch of craziness thrown at your face

well, besides not-so-entertaining-news about my lame nerdiness; things are well here in the humble state o' utah. Managment met with my graveyard team and broke the news that the night shift isnt going away until
at the earliest January 2010. this is great news! We were packing our stuff getting ready to move back to a day shift at any moment, so this is a sigh of relief for me.
I love working at Comcast during the graveyard shift. Its so relaxed and low stress. Did I mention that I get paid more then everyone else who works here!? (to do
less!?!? 
)....its paradise.
But with the economy the way it is, the night shift is getting eliminated and outsourced to an out-of-state call center to save expenses. They had met with us in July and told us it would be very soon--less then two months! So now to be at january at the earliest is awesome news for me. I can squeeze every last drop of awesomeness here for as long as I can!
Applying for promotions will be easier on me now. instead of a necessity to keep my sanity, it will give me time to really prepare for and get something
